  1. Who are the consumers?  youchoose communities, LLC consists of several different youchoose communities each with its own set of businesses that desire to reach that group of highly motivated consumers. Communities can be set up as open programs allowing anyone in a geographic area to be a member (example – a town or city). Other programs are set up as private programs in which only the members or constituents of that organization are youchoose members (example – a program for the YMCA or a group of centrally located schools)

  2. How do I “dialogue” with the consumer? When the consumer selects your business as one in which they’d like to receive messages from, they must then submit a three questions survey that is forwarded to you or your designated contact. You choose to then begin by sending them a generic message or a customized message created from their initial survey responses. After reviewing your initial & subsequent marketing messages they will answer a four question survey each time (three multiple choice & one free form). When the consumer engages with you they are rewarded with credits that are later redeemed for are gift cards. You continue to learn more and develop a deeper relationship with your prospect guaranteeing a much higher likelihood of doing business together.

  3. How much does it cost? As a youchoose advertiser you don’t pay to communicate your message, you only pay when the consumer views or listens to your ad and then submits a survey with questions you want answered. When this happens you are invoiced monthly $1 for each survey submitted. You also agree to provide youchoose a cash rebate monthly of 5% of any purchase up to $500 by a youchoose member. The maximum cash rebate you will pay per purchase is $25 (5% of $500). You should view this as a discount that should significantly increase business (the incentive for the consumer is that they receive 40% of the rebate and the non profit group they support will receive 20% of it. Each youchoose advertiser is required to make a fully refundable $600 deposit within (10) days of signing up and before becoming active in the community.

  4. Can I set my limit on expenditures? Your consumer engagement group is limited to 600, so the maximum amount you might spend per month on consumer engagement is $600. You must send at least one message per month to each consumer in your group. If you have 500 people in your group and only 350 view your ad and submit a survey you pay only $350. You cannot set a limit on your cash rebates. Look at it this way, the more you pay in cash rebates, the more you are doing in sales!

  5. Do I have to sign a contract? Yes. We ask that you commit to your youchoose community for a minimum period of 6 months. After that, your commitment is month to month.

  6. What type of ad can I send? You can send a print ad, an audio message or a video message. If you want to use your existing newspaper, radio or TV ads you are free to do so.

  1. Do I create my own ads and surveys or does someone do that for me? you choose! You can do them in house and email them to us, you can do them online with us, your agency can do them or you can utilize the services of youchoose’s own agency Bulls i Solutions for a fee of $150 per month.

  2. Can I remove someone from my customer group that is not purchasing from me?  You can request that youchoose remove a customer from your group after a three month period.

  3. Are there any limitations on the ads I send? All audio and video messages must not be longer than 60 seconds. Longer ads are available for a higher survey fee. No ads can ask for personnel contact information from the youchoose member such as name, address, phone number or email address. All marketing messages are sent through youchoose to the customer and are reviewed prior to launch for inappropriate content.

What if I want to send an ad before or after normal working hours? Youchoose offers incredible flexibility. If you’d like to create your own ad and survey online at youchoose communities at 11pm for a morning launch to your consumer group you can do that.

  2. Select businesses that you have an interest in & complete their 3-5 question survey (about 15 seconds).

WHAT’S NEXT?

  1. You will begin to receive valuable, customized messages via email (estimate 1-2 monthly per business selected).

  2. Complete a quick four question survey (about 15 seconds) at the conclusion of each message.

  • Is my personal information kept 100% private?  Yes. youchoose will never ask you for more than your name, email and physical address. The only information that the businesses you choose will have will be your youchoose member number. youchoose will never provide any of your information to any party.

  • Will I receive junk email (SPAM)? No. All messages you receive come directly from youchoose, not the businesses. youchoose will only send you those messages from the businesses youchoose as well as youchoose program announcements.

  • Do I have to buy or sell anything? No you will never have to buy or sell anything. However another way you can earn credits is from buying from youchoose advertisers.

  • How much credit is issued for each survey completed? 1 credit is issued for each survey you submit after viewing or listening to a message. Each credit is equal to $.50.

  • How do I redeem my credits for gift cards? When you reach a credit balance of $10 you can begin redeeming your credits in $5 increments. You must always keep a $2.50 balance in your account. To redeem credits you simply email a request to youchoose selecting one or more of the businesses in the gift card reward program. Your gift card(s) are mailed to you.

  • What businesses are the gift cards from? There are three to five businesses in the gift card reward program that will consist of the following local entities: supermarket chain, a gas station chain, mall, home improvement chain, electronics chain or restaurant chain.

  • Are there any other ways to earn credits? Yes. You receive 2% of any purchase (up to $500) you make from a youchoose advertiser. If you refer a business to the youchoose program you also earn 1% of all purchases made by any youchoose member over a six month period from that business.

  • How does being involved raise money for my organization?  Your organization earns $.15 for each survey you submit after viewing or listening to a message. They also earn 1% of any purchase (up to $500) you make from a youchoose advertiser.  You can elect to donate 50% of your youchoose credits to your organization.

  • Can I stop participating at any time? Yes. You are under no obligation to participate for any period of time.

  • How long are the messages from the businesses I selected? Each message should take no longer than 60 seconds to review.
